I really dislike being in bed for more than 8 hours.
::I enjoy being awake for it all::
Detox over.
I have not had a donut.
I am happy to stay away from soda!
I have had a piece of sea salt dark chocolate.
I have not had fries.
I really like the way I’ve been eating.
I feel like I’m taking care of myself.
On to week two of my longevity plan.
Starting Sunday… Sleep for Restoration.
